JOHN (JACK) SHUTTLEWORTH It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved husband and father, John (Jack) Shuttleworth. He passed away peacefully on December 20, 2004 at the age of 85. He leaves to mourn his passing, Margaret, his wife of 54 years; his daughter Janine; son-in-law Vic; granddaughter Kristin; grandson Kerry; his daughter Teri; his sister Kathleen and numerous nieces and nephews. He is one of the founding members of St. Gerard's Parish and much of his time was spent helping out at various functions. There was never anything he wouldn't do for others. Just ask and he was there. Next to his family he loved his church and all that it stood for. He was employed at Bristol Aerospace for 37 years before retiring in 1982. Prayers will be held on Monday, December 27 at 8:00 p.m. at St. Gerard Roman Catholic Church, 45 Foster St. Viewing prior to the prayer service at the church. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 28 at 11:00 a.m. also at the church. Rev. Fr. Pierre Wood presiding. Cremation to follow. Private family interment at Green Acres Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Vic Koepke, Kerry Koepke, Tom Carrabre and Alex Drobot. Donations may be made in his memory to a charity of one's choice.
