Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLYDIA LOUISE MACKENZIE Unexpectedly on December 21, 2004 Lydia passed away with her family at her side. Lydia will be greatly missed by her children, Sharon Larsen of Keewatin, ON, Roddy MacKenzie of Westminister, California, Sandy Keck (Hans) of Keewatin, ON; grandchildren, Tyson, Mike, Scott, Shawna (Dennis), Chris and Stef. Great-grandchildren, Alexa, Jake, Hunter, and Jayden. Sisters, Helen Mascarin of Thunder Bay, ON, Delida Bell of Newport Beach, California, along with many nieces and nephews. She will also be missed by numerous friends she held so dearly in her heart. Lydia was born in Fort William, ON on February 27, 1927 where she resided until 1973, from there her journeys took her to Winnipeg, Neepawa, Beausejour and back again to Winnipeg. All along the way adding new and dear friends to her endless list. She was a woman who always thought of her family and friends before herself. Her love for life was bountiful and she shared it with all she came in contact with. Her neverending humour and contagious laughter will echo with all those she left behind. A MESSAGE FROM LYDIA: SMILE AND THE WORLD SMILES WITH YOU. A memorial service celebrating Lydia's life will be on Thursday, December 30 at 4:30 p.m. at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 3459 Pembina Hwy. At Lydia's request, flowers are gratefully declined; donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or CancerCare. Roddy,Sharon, and Sandy, I am sorry to hear of the sudden passing of Lydia. Having had the pleasure of meeting Lydia many times, it is truly a loss to your family and freinds to lose such a vibrant and truly thoughtful woman like Lydia.
