EVA LAUREL ROWE On Friday, December 24, 2004 at the Selkirk General Hospital, Eva Rowe aged 97 years of Selkirk and formerly of Pine Falls, MB. Eva is survived by her son Ron; granddaughters, Shauna and Susan (Matthew); and great-granddaughter Anna. She was predeceased by her husband Harry in 1997; daughter-in-law Helen; brothers, Herb and Orval; and sister Edith. Eva was born in Carmen, MB in 1907 and later moved to Winnipeg and on to Pine Falls in 1947. Eva and Harry moved to Selkirk in 1996. In earlier years she was an active member of the United Church in Pine Falls, MB and a member of the Eastern Star. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, December 29 at 2:00 p.m. in the Knox Presbyterian Church, Selkirk with Reverend Matthew Brough officiating. Viewing will be held one hour prior to service time. Cremation will follow and a private family interment will be held at a later date in Pine Falls, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Canadian Diabetes Association. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk, in care of arrangements.
