ADELE TENCH Peacefully in her sleep on December 30, 2004, Adele passed away at Beacon Hill Lodge. She was predeceased by her husband Earl Tench in 1986 and son Bill Robinson in 2000. Adele is survived by her grandchildren, Curtis (Monique), Coleman (Laurel), Chuck (Jane), Lorinda (Wayne), Corey (Debbie) and Lucainn (Darcy); great-grandchildren, William, Daniel, Larry, Courteney, Meredith, Mac, Katie, Sam, Alycia, Aaron, Andrew, Ben, Liam, Josh, Stephanie and Sarah; great-great-grandchild Xander; sister Cecile; daughter-in-law Irene; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Adele was born in Saskatchewan and raised in St. Norbert, MB. She worked at Ronald Shoes for many years prior to her retirement. Adele loved entertaining and spending time with her family, especially cooking and playing cribbage. The family would like to thank the staff at Beacon Hill Lodge for their care and compassion. Service will be held on Wednesday, January 5, 2005 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. with interment and reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 1160-675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9 or the Arthritis Society, 105-386 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB R3C 3R6.
