RONALD CLARENCE GROSS It is with great sadness that the family of Ron Gross announces the passing of a husband, father and grandfather on January 1, 2005, at the age of 72. He will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by his wife of 47 years, Doreen; son Ron (Monica); daughter Sherri (Brad); his grandchildren, Bryson, Josh, Brooke and Eric; his sisters, Angie, Wilma, Viola and Freda; along with many other relatives and friends. Ron was predeceased by his parents and five siblings. Ron was born and spent his entire life in Elmwood. He was known throughout the senior hockey circle as the go to goalie if you wanted to win. He worked with The Winnipeg Hydro for 30 years retiring in 1989. The family would like to thank the nursing staff of N1 South at the Concordia Hospital for their kind and compassionate care. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service in Ron's memory will be held at The Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 708 McCalman Avenue at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 6 with Rev. Richard Kruesel officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice. KNYSH FUNERAL CHAPEL 582-0973
