SONJA LEWITSKI Peacefully, on January 3, 2005 at Park Manor Personal Care Home, Sonja Lewitski, widow of the late Mike Lewitski passed away peacefully at the age of 90 years. She is survived by her two daughters, Mary Christie of Vancouver and Olga Badiuk of Chatham, ON; her brother Mike Stefiuk, his wife Anne. Also surviving are six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother Fred Stefiuk and by a sister Helen Sportak. Visitation prior to the service from noon to 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 6 at the Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day St. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m., also at the chapel, conducted by Pastor Mark Scott. Burial at the Transcona Cemetery beside her husband Mike. Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
