Only son Barry Charles Meikle surviving at the above address. Surviving family are sister Hazel Patterson, Winnipeg; sister Bea Placktis, Freemont, CA; sister Bess Morton, Orange, CA; also two sisters-in-law, Jeanie Jordon, Winnipeg and Peggy Meikle, Winnipeg. Predeceased by sister Miriam Mayfield, Winnipeg, 1992; brother Harvey Cann, Los Angeles, CA, 1981; mother Amy Cann and father Harvey Cann. Survived by three loving grandchildren, Michelle Jewell of Seattle, WA; Shauna Crafts, Chicago, IL; Heather Meikle, Seattle; four great-grandchildren, Truman Crafts, Chicago, Campbell Crafts, Chicago, Elizabeth Jewell, Seattle and Calvin Jewell, Seattle. Eveline worked for the Canadian Pacific Railway Express for 42 years. Ev was quick witted, sharp and enjoyed games and puzzles and stories that challenged her mind. She loved baseball, football, good music and good company. A special thanks to Dr. Darcy Johnson who took care of her in her last few months and made her feel comfortable.
