KINNEY (nee MAIN) On January 5, 2005, this loving sister, aunt, grand-aunt, devoted friend, generous volunteer, and descendant of proud Scottish heritage, died peacefully in Portland Oregon, at the age of 93. She will be greatly missed by her brother Claude, his wife Lillian, their children, Doug (Judy), Margo (Peter), Jacquie , grand-nieces, nephews and the many friends whose lives were charmed by her energy, generosity and amusing philosophy. Her pleasure in golf, travel and charitable works will be remembered. Isobel was born and raised in Winnipeg. After service in the Canadian Armed Forces, she worked as an accountant, moved to Victoria, and later to Portland where she married Dr. Kenneth Kinney. She was blessed with good health, a positive outlook and loving friends and family. Services in Portland and Victoria will be announced at a later date.
