Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHENRY ARMOND LEMOINE It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Henry Lemoine on January 8, 2005 at Tuxedo Villa Extendicare in Winnipeg. He is survived by his beloved wife Georgia; daughter Gail (Ivan) Kletke; grandchildren, Brent (Monique) and Dana Kletke; one son Glenn (Sandra) Lemoine; grandchildren, Michelle and Krista Lemoine; sisters, Rose Ann (Warren) Darroch, Claudette (Frank) Sokolan and Mari Ange Carman. He was predeceased by his parents, George and Aglea Lemoine; one brother Edward; one sister Maria and one infant grandchild Garth Kletke. Henry was born December 11, 1924 in St. Boniface and grew up on the family farm in Sandridge. He worked at the limestone quarry for 25 years in Inwood operating a dragline. He drove a school bus for 20 years at which time he also did plumbing and had his own back hoe and gravel truck. He was a member of the Elks and an active member of the sports club in Inwood, always ready to help out in the community. Henry's greatest love was old-time music and he spent many hours playing the fiddle. The family would like to thank all the nurses and staff at Tuxedo Villa Extendicare, especially at station one for all their care and compassion. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 11 at 2:00 p.m. at the Inwood Hall. Pastor Claire Speary will officiate with interment to follow in the Inwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Teulon in care of arrangements.
