Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPAUL OLESKI It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Paul Oleski, peacefully on January 9, 2005 at the age of 81. Paul is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy of 53 years; son Bruce (Eileen); daughter Gloria (Wayne Warkentin) Fontaine; grandchildren, Cara, Deanna, David Fontaine and Megan and Mark Oleski. Paul was predeceased by his parents, five brothers and three sisters. Paul was born on February 22, 1923 in the area of Dallas, MB, moving to Winnipeg in his early childhood. Paul started his career with Bristol Aerospace and continued until 67 years old, devoting over 40 years to the company with pride. His other passions, included golfing, which he was a member of the Transcona and St. Boniface Golf clubs. His proudest moment was a hole in one at the Transcona Golf course. Not only did he enjoy golfing, he enjoyed many hours watching it and later talking about it with the family. In his younger days, Paul enjoyed taking the family camping which has added many memorable moments. Paul looked forward to gatherings with his children and grandchildren. In Paul's retirement years, he enjoyed feeding the birds, and gardening and taking pride in his yard. The family would like to thank all the MICU staff at Health Sciences Centre for their care and support. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Autism Society. Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. with a Redemptorist Father officiating. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
