KAREN SERADA-CAYER 1978 - 2005 It is with great sadness that her family announces the sudden passing of Karen on January 8, 2005. Left to mourn her passing are her husband, Rod; son Rhyder; mother Nancy Butler; grandparents, Des and Edna Butler and Merle Serada; and Rod's parents, Ken and Berta Cayer. Karen will also be greatly missed by her extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and by her friends and Rod's family. Karen was predeceased by her father, Victor and her grandfather Michael Serada. Karen was raised by her mom in an atmosphere of love and they shared many happy times together. She in turn passed this love on to Rod and to Rhyder. Karen had a quick wit and her sense of humour livened up many family dinner conversations. Her contagious laugh will be missed very much. To honour Karen's memory and her love of animals, donations to the Humane Society would be appreciated in lieu of flowers. A private family ceremony will be held.
