The family would like to express its appreciation to the staff at the oncology, surgery and palliative care units of the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre and the Victorian Order of Nurses, both of Halifax and the staff at the St. Joseph Health Centre in Toronto for their care, understanding and warmth provided to Dave during his illness.
