JESSIE RITA (EVETT) HIEBERT March 12, 1921 - January 14, 2005 Peacefully on January 14 at her residence Jessie went home to her Saviour at the age of 83 years. Left to celebrate her memory is Ben, her loving husband of 57 years; daughters, Sandra (Randy) Demeria and Charlotte (Wayne) Summerly; daughter-in-law Bev Hiebert; grandchildren, David (Karen), Andrea, Ardelle (Chad), Sharon, Denise (Bowen), Deanna (John), Cheryl, Graham (Michelle), Jeremy; great-grandchildren, Kayla, Trevor, Clayton, Coen and Noah. Jessie was predeceased by her son Daniel in 1988 and granddaughter Kristen in 1975. Jessie was born in Winnipeg, grew up in Elmwood and married Ben on December 27, 1947. She worked at Great West Life. Our family expresses a sincere thank you to all those who provided care for Jessie and also for your prayer during this time. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, Room ON109 - 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9. The funeral service will be held at The Church at Pineridge, Garven Road and Highway 207 on Tuesday, January 18 at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Sunny Side Cemetery, Oakbank, MB.
