WALTER SMALL Suddenly on Monday, January 17, 2005 Walter Small passed away at his residence. Predeceased by his first wife Mary of 18 years, mother Anne and father John Small; son-in-law Peter Raczenko. He leaves his daughter, Debbie (Dave) Painter; son, Richard (Debbie) Small; daughter, Donna Raczenko; grandchildren; Rae-Anne (Chris); Marie; Brenda (Matt) Johnson of Missouri; Bradley, Eric, Alexandra and Nicholas; and his second wife of 22 years Beatrice Small, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Walter was employed at CNR Transcona Shops and retired in 1991. He spent most of his retired winter months in Phoenix and Mexico. Prayers will be held at Klassen Funeral Home, 1897 Henderson Hwy., Winnipeg, MB, on Friday, January 21 at 7:00 p.m. A private family interment of ashes will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 200-6 Donald St., R3L 0K6 or CancerCare Manitoba, ON 109-675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9. I am so sorry to hear off your loss..My memories off Wally bring a smile to my face. He had such a good sense of humour.
