MITCHELL JOSEPH KONOP February 5, 1941 - January 18, 2005 Mitchell Joseph Konop passed away peacefully at Toronto Grace Hospital after a short illness in the presence of his family. He was predeceased by his father and mother, Frank and Anne Konop and leaves behind his brother Ted (Doris) and sister Wanda (Bjorn). He will be missed by his nephews, Thad and Richard (Siobhan) and his nieces, Felicia and Laura. He also leaves behind his great-nieces, Tara and Margaret-Anne, who knew him only for a short while. He touched so many people in both his personal and business life and was always willing to lend a hand or an ear. He will be sadly missed by so many wonderful friends. Friends may call at the Turner and Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere, east of the Jane subway, on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Prayers Friday 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass to be held at St. Casimir's Church, 156 Roncesvalles Ave., on Saturday, January 22 at 10:15 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Toronto General and Western Hospital Foundation. May God Rest His Soul
