FREDERICK BILL SMALLWOOD MARJORIE JEAN SMALLWOOD It is with great sadness the family of Frederick Bill Smallwood and Marjorie Jean Smallwood announce their sudden passing in late December and early January in British Columbia. Bill is survived by his sister Norma and brother Jack. Jean is survived by her brothers, Murray and Mel. They are both survived by son Glen; daughter Tracy; grandchildren, Stephen, Peter, Rebecca and David; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. A memorial service will be held in Winnipeg this spring at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens (885 - 9715). More information to follow.
