Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMAURICE LECLAIRE It is with sadness we announce the passing of Maurice on Thursday, January 20, 2005, at the Victoria Hospital. Maurice was born June 23, 1924 in St. Adolphe, MB. He lived his entire life in St. Adolphe where he and his brother ran a successful farming operation until the Flood of the Century in 1997. Maurice took great pride in being a farmer. He was predeceased by his father Marc Leclaire in 1964; his mother Agathe Alarie in 1973; his brother Rev. Rene Leclaire OMI in 1942; his brother Fernand Leclaire in 1962 and his sister-in-law Evangeline Leclaire in 1987. He is survived by six brothers and sisters, Henri Leclaire of St. Adoplphe, Annette (Rene) Tellier of Montreal, PQ, Aldea (Eugene) Vodon of Virden, MB, Rev. Roland Leclaire OMI of Ottawa, ON, Rev. Gerard Leclaire OMI of Santa Cruz, Bolivia, Denise (Marcel Joanisse) of Bourget, ON; as well as nine nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the dedicated doctors, nurses and staff of Unit 5 South of the Victoria Hospital for the excellent care given to Maurice during his lengthy illness. According to his wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial mass will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on January 25 at the St. Adolphe Roman Catholic Church with Fr. Gerald Michaud presiding.
