Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJEANETTE MARGARET BIRD 1918 - 2005 D.D. passed away peacefully into God's care on January 8, 2005 at the age of 87 years. She was predeceased by the love of her life her husband Frankie; mother and father, Art and Blanche Finnie; brother Ron Finnie Sr.; sister-in-law Yota Finnie; nephew Ron Finnie Jr., and her favourite uncle Joe Douville. She will be remembered and sadly missed by her dear friends, extended family and family, sister Lorraine (Art) Hepworth; Lynda Greig and family; Susan (Gary) Kissuk and family; Alan and Madeleine Bird and family; Muriel Douville and family. D.D. moved to Calgary to care for her mother and be closer to family. Although she always thought of Winnipeg as home, she made many friends in Calgary who thought the world of her. Babies and children were always a source of joy for Deed throughout her life and she leaves behind many who had the benefit of her love and generosity. D.D. will be sadly and lovingly missed and remembered by all she thought of as her children . Cremation has taken place and at her request there will be no service. Interment to be at Transcona Cemetery at a later date. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
