CHAN ATWARIAH LUTCHMEESINGH On Saturday January 22, 2005 Chan Atwariah Lutchmeesingh passed away at the Victoria General Hospital. She migrated to Winnipeg from Trinidad in 1983. She is predeceased by her parents Jugmohan and Rajo Lutchmeesingh and husband Ramkissoon Maharaj. Chan is survived by her son Ramesh Maharaj and his friend Joyce Sookoo, granddaughters, Indira Maharaj and Chandra (Kevin) Haines, nephew Deochand (Chandra) Ramlalsingh, many cousins and other relatives. Chan loved to be around people and cherished her friends and family. Her son, Ramesh, was her pride and joy. She always spoke of her two granddaughters with ut most love and pride. She loved animals, particularly her cat Rohan. Funeral service will be held on Monday January 24 at 5:00 p.m. in Thomson In the Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. We wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all the nurses at ICU in Victoria Hospital.
