WILLIAM GEORGE BAIN It is with sadness that we announce the passing of William George Bain, beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather at Concordia Hospital on January 26, 2005. He was in his 85th year. George will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 63 years Jean; his daughter Sandra; grandchildren, Greg (Karyn), Chris (Kristen); and four great-grandsons, Oren, Eaton, Keston and Brennan. In his earlier years he enjoyed fishing, especially with his grandsons and was an avid curler but his first love was golf and he enjoyed the many friendships he made over the years. He was predeceased by his parents, Alex and Mary; his sister Millie and his brother Jim. Cremation has taken place and a private family ceremony will take place at a later date. The family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made in memory of George to a charity of your choice. Many thanks to the homecare workers and the staff at Concordia Hospital for the wonderful care they provided.
