DOUGLAS FLOYD MCLEOD June 14, 1931 - January 30, 2005 On Sunday, January 30, 2005 Douglas McLeod passed away with family at his side at the Portage District General Hospital, Portage la Prairie. Doug was predeceased by his parents, Rod and Frances; his parents-in-law, Hartley and Lillian McDonald; and a brother-in-law Lynal Thomas. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife Lorraine of Portage la Prairie; son Marshall (Debra) with grandson Roddy and son Greg (Deborah) with grandchildren, Jerilyn and Morgan, all of Longburn; sister-in-law Janice Thomas and three nephews. Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 2 at 1:30 p.m. at Trinity United Church, 15 Tupper St. S., Portage la Prairie, with Rev. Julie Baker officiating. As expressions of sympathy, if friends so wish, donations may be made in Doug's memory to Portage District General Hospital Foundation, 524 5th St. S.E., Portage la Prairie, MB R1N 3A8 or a charity of one's choice.
