ANNE SHEWAGA It is with sadness, we announce the passing of our mother and grandmother Anne Shewaga on January 31, 2005 at Concordia Hospital. Anne will be lovingly remembered by her children, Jeanette (Don) Mardis, and John; grandchildren, Richard and Nicole Mardis; sister Tillie Werbiski and nieces, Donna and Glory and nephew Ihor. She was predeceased by parents, Catherine and Harry Zalubniak; husband John in 1979; son Edward; brothers, Peter and John. Anne was born in Fraserwood, MB on December 22, 1915. She married John Shewaga on August 2, 1941, at which time she moved to Winnipeg. The family would like to thank Dr. Noor Khan for his kind care of our mother for many years. Thank you to the nurses and staff at Concordia Hospital on 3 East for the wonderful care to mother especially Brenda, Nicole and Kelly. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 4 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Munroe and Watt. Interment will follow in Holy Family Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Anne's memory to a charity of your choice. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
