SALLY HARRIS (STREMBICKI)

SALLY HARRIS (nee STREMBICKI) passed away on January 30, 2005, at the Concordia Hospital at the age of 88 years. She was born in Winnipeg on January 14, 1917, to the late John and Mary Strembicki. Sally was married to Clifford Harris, who predeceased her in 1983. She was also predeceased by one brother Stanley Strembicki in 1976; and one sister Jeanette Ritzer in 1991. She is survived by her brother Joseph Strembicki of Winnipeg; sisters, Mary Strembicki of Winnipeg, Nellie Stark of Victoria, BC, and Anna Forchuk of Thunder Bay, ON; nieces, Sylvia Berquist of Squim, WA, Helen Neate of Qualicum, BC, Donna Calder of Winnipeg, Gail Kuchnicky of Nepean, ON, Elaine Forchuk of Bass, ON, Judy Bannon of Thunder Bay, Janet Mauracher of Thunder Bay and Cheryl Zenkewich of Edmonton, AB. Sally loved her family, and the many friends she had, and all the new friendships she made while at the Concordia Hospital, where the excellent care and service which was provided to her will be kindly remembered. Special thanks to Shirley and Ken Billson. In accordance with Sally's request, cremation with a private family interment of her ashes at a later date.
