Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryABRAHAM (ABE) WALL December 18, 1934 - January 30, 2005 Dad passed away at 7:20 p.m. at the Victoria Hospital at the age of 70 years. He was predeceased by his parents, Peter and Elizabeth (Thiessen) Wall and his older brother Jacob. He is survived by his four lovely (Dad's words) daughters, Debbie, Darlene, Kathy and Jacqueline; and his younger brother Robert. He will also be sadly missed by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, cousins, friends and Legionnaires. Special thanks to Alfred. In his younger years, Dad was a goalie in the old-timer's hockey league and won championships in 10 pin bowling. He spent most of his working years at the City of Winnipeg where he was very involved with the union. Dad loved to pick guitar. He composed songs and picked out some of Hank Snow's finest. Get Dad on the guitar and Uncle Jack on the accordion and you've got entertainment! It was his wish that no memorial service be held. Dad's ashes will be taken to Schanzenfeld this summer for One More Ride .
