MARIE EMMA MARION (nee ROUSSIN) Peacefully on February 1, 2005 at the Betel Home Foundation in Selkirk, MB, formerly of Eriksdale, MB. Mom passed away at the age of 96 years. She was predeceased by her husband Frank on April 30, 2003. She is survived by her children, Anita Bilous (Gilbert), Gerald (Emily), Marie Goulet (Ray), Roger (Leah), Denise Pinette (Ben), Ronald (Carol), Madeline Denis, John (Glenna) and Harvey (Randi); 34 grandchildren; 59 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; four brothers-in-law and six sisters-in-law. The family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to the nursing staff at Betel Home for their kindness and care of our beloved mother during her 7 year stay. Special thanks to the Sisters of St. Joseph for looking after our parents in Eriksdale, MB. Grateful thank you to Rev. Fr. Boguslaw Wardzinski for coming to administer the last rites to mom on January 26, 2005. Funeral Mass will be held at the Ste. Rose de Lima Roman Catholic Church in Ste. Rose du Lac, MB on Saturday, February 5 at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Paul Tinguely as celebrant. Interment to follow at the Ste. Amelie Cemetery. Active pallbearers are Kevin Bilous, Ernie Marion, Claude Marion, Doran Pinette, Raymond Marion, Franklin Marion, Lee Denis and Richard Marion. Honorary pallbearers are all her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Mom will be remembered for her kindness, strong faith and strength she placed in our hearts.
