BUD CRAIG Bud passed away peacefully on February 1, 2005. Born in Winnipeg, MB on January 23, 1916, son of the late Wesley and Vendal Craig. Predeceased by one brother Ernest; three sisters, Mrs. Irene Lieberman, Mrs. Phyllis Getty of Winnipeg and Mrs. Doris Stewart of Victoria. Bud served in the R.C.A.F. as a pilot officer during the war. Prior to retiring to Mill Bay in 1976, he and his partner Dave Heintz owned and operated the Oasis Beach in Birds Hill, MB. He was a member of the Cowichan Golf Course and the Kerry Park Curling Club for many years. Bud is survived by his loving wife Donna; his sister Mrs. Helen DeHod of Tsawwassen, BC; his two sons, Daniel (Susan) of Bow, Washington and Wesley (Roselyn) of Shawnigan Lake, BC; his two daughters, Anita MacInnis (John) of Calgary, AB and Claire Craig (Robert) of Dubai, U.A.E. and five grandsons, Jarrod, Miles, Devin, Wesley MacInnes and Conor Partos.
