NEIL GAUNTLETT MCBEATH Neil McBeath, aged 79, passed away at the Grace Hospital on Wednesday, February 2, 2005. Neil was predeceased by his brothers, Hugh and Edward (Teddy). He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years, Irene; his son Peter and wife Lorraine and grandchildren, Daniel and Andrea and his daughter Mary Hill and grandchildren, Jennifer, Kenneth and Kristopher; two brothers, Colin (Grace) and Billy (Sally) and their families. Neil was very involved in the community as a longtime Scout leader and Kiwanian with the Kiwanis Club of St. James. He enjoyed spending time with his family, trips to the cottage at Belair, golfing and travelling. The family would like to thank the staff at the Grace Hospital for the care given to Neil during his illness. Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Monday, February 7, at the St. James Anglican Church, 195 Collegiate St. A reception will follow. In lieu of flowers should friends so desire, please make a donation in memory of Neil to a charity of your choice.
