Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryIVY CONSTANCE EVANS August 10, 1918 - January 31, 2005 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our dear wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, on Monday, January 31, 2005 at Concordia Hospital at the age of 86. She will be greatly missed by her husband Norman, with whom she spent 60 wonderful years of marriage. She will also be missed by her two sons, Bill (Liz) and Jim (Chris) and their families. In compliance with Ivy's wishes, cremation has taken place. She will be laid to rest at Transcona Cemetery during a private family service. The family wishes to thank the staff at Park Manor Personal Care Home, Concordia Hospital and Transcona Funeral Chapel for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ivy's memory to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
