CHARLOTTE MARIE DUCROIX (nee MAGUET) August 25, 1942 - February 3, 2005 On Thursday, February 3, 2005 our Mother was called home. Charlotte Marie DuCroix, at the age of 62 years, passed peacefully from this realm to the next. Remaining to cherish Charlotte's memory are her son, Michael; daughter, Sharon (Phillip); beloved grandson, Joshua; goddaughter, Laurie; numerous cousins, relatives, and friends. She was predeceased by her father, Jean Marie Maguet and mother, Isabel Maguet (nee Moscall). Charlotte was born in St. Boniface, MB spending her childhood between city and country life as she grew to be a young woman. She was employed many years with Northern Telecom, amassing many friends, acquaintances and laughs. However, her primary commitment was always to her family, whom she indulged with love, gentleness, and understanding. A doting grandma, a sensitive mother and a compassionate friend to others, her essence and smile will be profoundly missed. For those who wish, viewing will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday evening, February 8 in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik's All Beliefs Faiths Funeral Chapel, 2157 Portage Avenue at Sharp Blvd., Winnipeg, MB. Charlotte's funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 9 at 1:30 p.m. in the New Life Church, 6106 East (Hwy. 67), Stonewall, MB with Pastor Henry Ozirney officiating. Interment will follow in the Glen Lawn Cemetery, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd., Winnipeg, MB. Our family would like to thank the caring staff at Luther Home for all they have done.
