Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILMA BOCKELMAN 1916 - 2005 Peacefully, on February 7, 2005, Wilma passed away at Tuxedo Villa at the age of 89 years. Wilma will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her twin sister Margaret. Wilma and her sister had a wonderful, God-fearing life together, living in peace and harmony throughout their years. Wilma was born in Hamburg and immigrated to New York in 1923. After a brief stay, Wilma moved back to Germany until coming to Canada in the 1950's. She moved from Calgary to Winnipeg in 1967 and worked at the Tache Nursing Home for 15 years. A heartfelt thanks goes out to the staff at Tuxedo Villa nursing home for their compassionate care, and the brothers and sisters of the New Apostolic Church for their love and kindness. Funeral service will be held on Friday, February 11 at 3:00 p.m. at the New Apostolic Church, 1755 Taylor Avenue with a reception to follow. Flowers are gratefully declined and donations in Wilma's name may be made to the charity of choice.
