Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryYVONNE MAEREN On February 8, 2005, our Mom and Nanny ended her life's journey. She now joins her husband Albert, sons, Gerry and Mitch, grandson David, son-in-law Roger Hebert, and great-grandson Jay Breneol in heaven. Mom is survived by her daughters, Terry Garrity and Cecile Hebert (Sterling), her son Val (Carol), daughters-in-law, Margaret and Marlene. Also surviving is her brother Jack Ross. There are also numerous grandchildren who will cherish her memory forever. Mom was born on April 20, 1911 in St. Boniface and lived there until 2000, when she moved to St. Vital to be with her daughter Cecile. Her primary commitment was always to her family, whom she indulged with love, gentleness and understanding. A doting Nanny, who could whip up a batch of Belgian Cookies or an apple pie in no time. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 11 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (south of the Royal Canadian Mint). Interment will take place at a later date. Special thanks to Joe and Sherry, her old neighbours, for their love and concern during Mom's later years. A very special and heartfelt thanks to Haymanot and Janelle, our HCA's, who gave Mom such tender loving care. To our Dr. Eva Smil, we appreciate you more than you know. Mom/Nanny - We'll love your forever! Arrangements entrusted to: GLEN LAWN FUNERAL HOME 455 LAGIMODIERE BLVD. 982-7550
