Mom had a zest for life and a strong faith in God. She was an active member of the community as well as dedicated president of the Club Jovial for many years where she was instrumental in its success. She enjoyed spending time at her children's cottages and loved a day on the lake, swimming and fishing. Noelie was extremely hardworking and will be remembered for her willingness to help others. She loved to entertain where her appreciation for the finer things was demonstrated through her passion for fine food, often grown in her own garden or baked with loving hands. We will all miss her joie de vivre and the pleasure she had interacting with young and old alike. Our family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Bethesda Hospital for their personal care of our Mom as well as to her family. A special thank you to Anne Plett, her palliative care co-ordinator, for the help and guidance. Funeral mass will be celebrated by Father Rene E. Chartier at the Ste. Anne Roman Catholic Church in Ste. Anne on Saturday, February 12 at 10:30 a.m. Interment of Noelie's cremated remains will take place in the Ste. Anne Parish Cemetery following the mass.
