Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJEAN JAWOLIK Peacefully on February 8, 2005 at the Gimli Community Health Centre, Jean Jawolik, aged 93 years, of Fraserwood, MB. Jean was born at Fraserwood on December 2, 1911, daughter of the late Nick and Lena Oberton, and had lived and farmed there all her life. She met and married Walter Jawolik and together they raised their family. Jean was predeceased by her husband Walter in 1967, two brothers John and Walter Oberton and a sister Annie Siatecki. She leaves surviving three sons, Ted of Anola, John and Norman (Marian) of Fraserwood; two daughters Elsie Jawolik of Gimli and Shirley Jeffrey (Lawrence) of Oak Point; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and sisters Helen Obach and Nettie Marchak. Funeral service will be held on Monday, February 14 at 11:00 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Gimli with Bob McArthur officiating. Viewing for one hour prior to service. Interment will follow in the St. Francis Cemetery, Fraserwood. Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Gimli in care of arrangements.
