Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPAUL LAURENT JOUBERT It is with much sadness that the family of Paul Joubert announces his sudden passing in Winnipeg on January 31, 2005. Paul was born in Brandon on May 12, 1965, where he resided most of his life. He also lived in Campbell River, B.C. and at his beloved Pelican Lake. Paul attended school in Brandon. In B.C., Paul worked as a logger. In Manitoba he farmed, owned and operated a fire wood business, and drove semi-trucks. Most recently, he worked as a licensed Arborist and ran his own tree care business. This combined his passion for the outdoors, nature and horticulture. Paul was a gifted individual who never had an unkind word for anyone and had a love of animals. In his early years, he excelled at water skiing and down hill skiing. He also enjoyed dirt biking and ski-dooing. Paul had a gift for driving and fixing all things mechanical. His dog Marty was his constant companion, friend and confidant. Paul and Marty enjoyed frequent walks in the Brandon Hills. Paul found contentment with God. Paul is survived by Marty and will be lovingly remembered by his sister Michelle (Dean) of Winnipeg, and his brother Rick (Cindy) of Campbell River, B.C. As well, he is left to mourn by his nephew and two nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. Paul was predeceased by his parents Noel and Doreen, his grandparents Ambroise and Rose, and William and Lena, and Auntie Ada.
