DIANE HENDIN (HARGREAVES) (nee BURGOYNE) Suddenly and unexpectedly at her home on Wednesday, February 9, 2005 at the age of 49. Diane leaves to mourn her passing, daughter Jacqui and husband Phil (Aitken); husband Marvin; stepdaughter Hilary; mother Margaret; brothers, John (Donna), Bob (Delanne); sisters, Margaret (Bob) and Mary (Wendy); and her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Shirley and Syd. She will be missed and thought of daily by her nieces and nephews, Shaenagh, Tyler, Teresa, Ken, Kacee, Chris, Jolene, Sean, Elizabeth, Sarah, Rachel, Teah, Mala and Mac and many friends. Diane was predeceased by her first husband Ron and her father John. Diane was born and raised in Winnipeg and enjoyed a successful career in the computer industry. In the past year, she also realized a lifelong dream of working with animals and was in her element owning and operating the Prairie Star Petting Zoo. Diane's sudden and untimely passing will leave a void in the lives of many. A gathering of friends and family to celebrate her life will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St., Winnipeg on Sunday, February 13 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations in Diane's memory may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society or your charity of choice.
