Alan was predeceased by his wife Debbie and father William. He will be lovingly remembered by his mother Margaret; brother Bob (Joan); sisters, Liz (Dave), Marilyn (Grant); nephews and nieces, Dan, Kim, Chris, Colby, Kelsey, Brenden, Rylyn; stepdaughter Nykki (Bill) and granddaughter Brigid. Cremation has taken place and there will be a private family funeral. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made in memory of Alan to the Canadian Mental Health Association, Winnipeg Region, 432 Ellice Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3B 1Y4. The talent submerged, the promise broken, the future lost, the life taken, this is schizophrenia.
