Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCATHERINE HENRIETTA CREWSON (HATTIE) (nee LUTZ) January 13, 1914 - February 14, 2005 Hattie Crewson, daughter of David and Catherine Lutz, passed away Monday, February 14, 2005 at the Portage District General Hospital, Portage la Prairie. She was predeceased by her parents, her brother Harry, her sister Anne Marie and her husband Ben (1978). She is survived by her daughter Brenda and her husband Jim Moorhouse, grandchildren, Sherri and Scott (Rhonda) as well as special great-grandchildren, Hayden, Asher and Carter. Funeral service will be held at McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel, 56 Royal Rd. S., Portage la Prairie, on Thursday, February 17 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Julie Baker officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the Manitoba Lung Association, 629 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3A 1P6.
