VIOLET AGNES KING On Friday, February 11, 2005 after a lengthy illness, Violet King passed away at the Eriksdale Personal Care Home at the age of 82 years. Mom was born July 22, 1922 in Abbeyville, MB. She was a devoted wife and mother to husband George and five boys, whom she raised with a loving hand. Remaining to cherish her memory are her loving husband George, of 52 years of marriage; son Lloyd (Dian) Robson, grandchildren, Wayne (Monica), Dwayne (Akane), Lisa (Brad) Geary, Nicole Robson; son Raymond (Anne) Robson, grandchildren, Trisha (Robin) McLellan, Tammy (Don) Fisher, and their mother Linda; son Gordon (Rose) Robson; son Kenny King, grandchild Melody (Bill) Spence; son Sydney (Patsy) King, grandchildren, Jeffrey (Colleen), Jennifer King and 12 great-grandchildren. Mom was predeceased by her parents, two sisters, one brother, first husband Charles Robson, son Brian, daughter Shelly Anne, daughter in infancy, and one daughter-in-law Wendy King. Funeral service will be held on Friday, February 18 at 1:00 p.m. at the Eriksdale Recreation Centre with Pastor Bill Watson officiating. Viewing prior to the service at the hall. Interment to follow in the Eriksdale Cemetery. The family wishes to thank the doctors and staff at Eriksdale Personal Care Home for the loving care they gave to mom during her stay. Special thanks to Debra Kinkead for all the loving kindness she showed to mom throughout her illness. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the E.M.
