GREETA ARNOTT (nee NOORDENBOS) After a long illness of Alzheimer, Greeta Arnott passed away with family at her side on February 15, 2005 at the Lions Prairie Manor, Portage la Prairie, at the age of 70 years. Greeta was predeceased by her parents, Jacob and Trinje Noordenbos; brothers, Cornelious and Sam; and sister Tina Dickson. Left to cherish her memory are her beloved husband John of Portage la Prairie, son Robert of Portage la Prairie, eight stepchildren, sixteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews and special friends. Memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church, 102 3rd Street SE, Portage la Prairie, on Friday, February 18, 2005, at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Ken Harris officiating. As expressions of sympathy, if friends so wish, donations may be made in Greeta's memory to the Lions Prairie Manor Foundation Inc., 24 9th Street SE, Portage la Prairie, MB, R1N 3V4 or the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 21 Royal Road South, Portage la Prairie, MB, R1N 1T8.
