MARCEL POIRON On February 17, 2005 our beloved husband, father, grandfather passed away peacefully. He leaves behind his wife, Yvette (St. Pierre); his children: Jean-Marc and Susan, Nicole and Kelly Harel, Christine and Lawrence Nitelet, Ann, Alain and Kerri. His grandchildren also will remember him: Erin, Sylvie, Austin, Jessica, Jillian, Natasha, Logan, Bailey, Jennaya and Janelle. He was predeceased by his mother and father, Emile and Amanda (Grenier) Poiron and by his three bothers, Joachim, Gerard and Roland, and by his two sisters, Solange, Henriette. Mass will be celebrated on Monday, February 21 at 2:00 p.m. at L'Eglise St. Eugene, 1007 St. Mary's Road. With Rev. Fr. Marcel Carriere. Interment to follow in St. Labre at a later date. The Family will like to thank his family Doctor Mr. P.G. Metha and all of the Doctors and Staff of the Palliative Care Unit at St. Boniface for the wonderful care that Dad received. In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be given to the Children's Wish Foundation.

I was just talking about him last week to my husband and daughter; that I was thinking about seeing him for old times sake and for help, and then I read his name in the obits.
