NADIA MAKSIMOW Peacefully, with family at her side, Nadia passed away on February 18, 2005 at the age of 83. Nadia was predeceased by her parents, David and Mary and her brother Walter. Left to cherish her memory are her sisters, Elsie, Verna, Lydia, Lyn, Stella, Evelyn; sister-in-law Joyce; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Nadia will be lovingly remembered for her kind, gentle and selfless nature. She held a strong faith in God that sustained her throughout her life. The family extends their thanks to the staff of Heritage Lodge for Nadia's care. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 23 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue with reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
