Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySTANLEY WINIARZ passed away peacefully on Friday, February 18, 2005 at the Rockyview Hospital (Calgary) with his family at his side. He was born in Melrose, MB on October 8, 1922 and farmed there until his retirement. Stanley's kind, friendly and infectious smile made him loved by all. He was an inventive and resourceful man who will be lovingly remembered. Stanley is survived by his sisters, Agnes Gouglas (Vincent) of Calgary; Adeline Babiak (Robert), Janet Normand (Don), Stella Johnson, Kay Sulyma (Walter) all of Winnipeg and his many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents John and Katie Winiarz; his sister Mary and his brothers Joe, Peter, Walter, John and Frank Winiarz. We wish to gratefully acknowledge the gentle, compassionate care given by his nephew Frank Gouglas, niece Debbie Scharein and their families. We also thank the staff at The Renoir Retirement Residence and the doctors and nurses at the Rockyview Hospital. Prayers will be held on Thursday, February 24 at 7:00 p.m. and the Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, February 25 at 11:00 a.m. Both will be held at Holy Spirit Parish located at 10827-24 Street S.W., Calgary, AB.
