EDNA ELSIE ORR (nee WIERER) It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Edna Orr on February 20, 2005 at the age of 86. Edna leaves to mourn her son Keith and wife Patricia; sister Anne Laird; grandchildren Kelly and Daniel and countless friends. Edna was predeceased by her husband Fred. Edna loved to garden and particularly enjoyed sharing the fruits of her labour. She also loved to sing during her visits to church. Edna was always appreciative of a good joke and regularly engaged in witty banter with anyone who was willing to try their luck. The family wishes to thank the staff at East View Lodge in Neepawa who cared for Edna over the past year. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations may be made in Edna's memory to a cancer charity of one's choice. The funeral service will be held at the St. James Anglican Church, Neepawa, Manitoba on Wednesday, February 23 at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend James Bardsley officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to White's Funeral Home.
