Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryZOFIA AGNIESZKA DOBROWOLSKI (nee HAJDUN) April 24, 1926 - February 20, 2005 Peacefully on Sunday, February 20, 2005, Zofia passed away at the age of 78. She was predeceased by her husband Alex; parents, Anna and Michael Hajdun; and niece Maria Koziura. Zofia will be greatly missed by her two sisters, Stanislawa Wojdanowska and Katarzyna Pach; cousins, Paul Kudelsky, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Skibinski; nieces and nephews, Teresa and Gus Foulidis, Krystyna, Arlene, Patricia and Christopher Bray, Wanda, Zdzislaw and Andrew Nocun, Marguerite, Kelvin, Jordan and Matthew Page, Renata, Joel, Anita, Richard, Jerry and Barbara Koziura and family; and many more family and friends. Zofia was born April 24, 1926 in Rodatycze Poland. She immigrated to Canada in 1972 and lived in Fisher Branch. She moved to Winnipeg in 1979. Zofia was a very devoted family person. She was known as a tremendous cook and gardener. She also loved to quilt, sew and cross-stitch. Her greatest joy was always to be around family and friends, and to share many stories. You will always be remembered and lovingly missed. You were always good to us. The family wishes to thank The City of Winnipeg Fire and Paramedic Service for their quick response and the staff of Seven Oaks Hospital Emergency Department. Prayers will be held Friday February 25 at 8:30 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday February 26 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Ave., with an Oblate Father officiating. Interment will take place in Holy Ghost Cemetery. You were always there, When we needed you, No task too great or small, With a loving heart and a willing hand, For us you did it all.
