ADRIEN JOSEPH LECLERC 1920 - 2005 Paissiblement, entoure de sa famille, Adrien est decede le 24 fevrier, apres un court sejour a l'hopital Victoria. Il laisse dans le deuil son epouse de 64 ans, Eva (nee Morin), ses 13 enfants: Lucille Soucy, Alice (Jean) Gagnon, Jacqueline (Dan) Lagasse, Henriette (David) Milette, Rita (Dan) Ritchot, Jacques (Sherie), Diane (Ernie) Neufeld, Gilbert (Denise), Arthur (Suzanne), Gerald (Muriel), Paul, Michelle (Neal) Hastings, Suzanne (Nolan) Einarson, 32 petits-enfants et 20 arriere-petits-enfants. Il fut precede par ses parents, son frere, ses 10 socurs ainsi que par son gendre Sim Soucy. Adrien etait un homme de foi, de famille, de communaute, un co-operateur et entrepreneur. En bref, un homme d'actions! La famille desire remercier le Dr. Prenovault ainsi que l'equipe d'etage 3 nord de l'hopital Victoria pour l'excellent soin, les Chevaliers de Colomb du Conseil Provencher; Socur Pauline Lagasse et les Filles de la Croix, Arthur Poirier, la Chorale de St. Adolphe et l'abbe Gerald Michaud pour leur devouement aupres de la famille d'Adrien. La famille suggere qu'en lieu de fleurs, que ceux et celles qui le desirent fassent un don a sa memoire au Fonds de Renovations de l'Eglise Catholique de St-Adolphe. Peacefully, surrounded by his family, Adrien passed away in the early morning of February 24th after a short stay at the Victoria Hospital. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife Eva (nee Morin) of 64 years; his 13 children, Lucille Soucy, Alice (Jean) Gagnon, Jacqueline (Dan) Lagasse, Henriette (David) Milette, Rita (Dan) Ritchot, Jacques (Sherie), Diane (Ernie) Neufeld, Gilbert (Denise), Arthur (Suzanne), Gerald (Muriel), Paul, Michelle (Neal) Hastings, Suzanne (Nolan) Einarson; 32 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, one brother, ten sisters, as well as one son-in-law Sim Soucy. Dad was a man of faith, family, community, devoted co-operator and entrepreneur. In a nutshell, he was a man of action!! The family would like to thank Dr. Prenovault and the personnel of Unit 3 North at the Victoria Hospital for their excellent care, the Knights of Columbus Provencher Council, Socur Pauline Lagasse and the Sisters of the Cross, Arthur Poirier, the St. Adolphe Choir and Father Gerald Michaud for their devotion towards the family. Prayers will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, February 28th at the St. Adolphe Roman Catholic Church followed by funeral mass at 2:00 p.m., celebrated by Father Gerald Michaud. In lieu of flowers those who wish may make a donation in Adrien's memory to the Renovation Fund of the St. Adolphe Roman Catholic Church.
