LOUISE TERESA FREEDMAN (nee MORAN) July 24, 1928 - February 28, 2005 Peacefully, in her 76th year, Louise (Lou) Teresa Freedman (nee Moran) passed away, Monday, February 28 at Tache Nursing Centre in St. Boniface, MB. Lou was predeceased by her husband Joseph in 1994, and is survived by her loving sons, Mark and daughter-in-law Cathy, Guy and daughter-in-law Diana; grandchildren, Maxim and Alexandra; her sisters, Pat (Glenn Shepherd) in Sidney, BC, Molly (George Hohnstein) in Naples, Florida; and numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends. Born in The Pas on July 24, 1928, Lou spent most of her life in Flin Flon and at Little Athapap (Bakers Narrows) raising her children and helping run the family business. She will be fondly remembered and missed by those whose lives she touched with her grace, kindness and generosity. Service will be held in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave., on Thursday, March 3 at 7:00 p.m. Interment to follow at a later date.
