Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJEAN BODNAR (nee LISCHYNSKI) It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Jean Bodnar at the age of 82 on February 26, 2005 at the Deer Lodge Centre. Jean will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her daughters, Linda (Edward) and Libbie (Ed); granddaughters, Debbie (Jack), Diana (Dan), Kim and Lori (Jason); great-grandchildren, Tamara, Matthew and Connor; brother Nick; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her loving husband William in 1987; parents, Mike and Katie; brothers, John, Joe and Walter; sisters, Katherine, Marie and Anne. Jean was born on July 1, 1922 and married William on January 22, 1944 and raised their two daughters in Winnipeg. She dedicated herself to her family. Jean enjoyed playing recreational bowling with her family. In the summer you would find Jean tending to her flower and vegetable gardens. In her leisure times, she could be found reading or supporting her children and grandchildren at their various activities. The family would like to express sincere appreciation to Dr. Warren and the staff on 4E at Deer Lodge Centre for their dedication and compassion they gave to our mom and her family. Prayers will be held on Wednesday, March 2 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 3 at 1:00 p.m., also at the chapel, with Rev. Fr. A. McVay, OSBM officiating. Interment will follow in Holy Family Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jean's memory to the Manitoba Lung Association. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
