Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNE REID ADAMS Anne Reid Adams passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2005 at the Glenboro Personal Care Home at the age of 82 years. Anne was born in Scotland on December 21, 1922. She worked 14 years for Zellers Ltd. in Winnipeg and eight years with the Lions Manor. Anne also served in the W.A.A.F. during the Second World War and was also a member of the Sons of Scotland No. 126 Melrose Camp. She was also a member of the Glenboro Royal Canadian Ladies Auxiliary. Anne leaves to mourn from a previous marriage in Scotland, one son Michael (Georgette) Walton; grandson Kirk (Shannon) and two great-grandchildren, Macey and Saxon. She also leaves to mourn from Scotland two nephews, three great-nieces and four great-great-nieces and nephews and by her many longtime friends. Anne was predeceased by her husband Bill of 44 years in June 1995, by her mother, father, brother, two sisters and one niece in Scotland. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 5 at 11:00 a.m. in the Glenboro Bible Chapel with Pastor Harry Friesen. Interment to follow in the Glenboro Cemetery. Friends that so desire, memoriams may be made in Anne's memory to the Glenboro Bible Chapel or to the Arthritis Society.
