JULIETTE REGNIER (nee ROCHON) Peacefully with her family at her side at Foyer Valade on March 1, 2005, Juliette, 94 years of age went to meet her Maker. She will be lovingly remembered by her four sons, Gerald (Rosalind), Paul (Alice), Louis (Mariette) and Jean-Pierre (Carole); two daughters, Gisele Marion (Leo) and Anita Abgrall (Georges); 23 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren. She also leaves two sisters, Solange Regnier and Marcelle McCaughan and one brother Henri Bohemier (Mel); sister-in-law Rachelle Regnier; brother-in-law Emmanuel Lemoine; numerous nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her husband Joachim, her son Laurent and infant great-granddaughter Danica. Juliette was born on March 18, 1910 in La Salle, MB to Eugene Rochon and Marie-Rose Caron. She married Joachim Regnier in 1928 and lived 62 years of her life in St. Francois-Xavier operating the Regnier General Store. In addition she was involved in various business ventures including Julie's Beauty Salon and the White Horse Chalet. Maman was very generous, loving, hard-working and devoted to her family. She will be fondly remembered for her love of music, dancing and her Joie de vivre which she proudly shared with her children. Many thanks to the caring staff of Le Foyer Valade especially the caregivers on the second floor. Prayers will be held at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons St., at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 6. Mass of the Resurrection held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 7, at Holy Family Church, 778 Archibald St., with Fr. Ron Leger, C.S.V. presiding.
