He was predeceased by his parents Frank and Martha Isaak. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 53 years, Marjorie; his only daughter Debbie (Rick), his sons Frank (Donna) and Roland; his precious grandchildren Shannon (Sadiq), Sarah Jean, Tamara (Richard), Leanna, Kristina, Jennifer and only grandson, Justin. Otto leaves them all with fond memories of the times he spent with them in their growing years, especially the summer days at the lake. He was an avid hunter and fisherman for many years till the Parkinson's took over. He will be sadly missed by his sisters, Violet, Nellie and Martha; his only brother Bruno (Esther); and his sister-in-law Barbara (Ken). He will be extremely missed by his longtime friends of 55 years, George and Terry Brunsel, and son Craig. Also missing him will be his many nieces and nephews. The family would like to express their thanks to the wonderful nurses and Health Care Angels on the 3rd floor at Grace Hospital for their never ending care they bestowed upon Otto in the weeks he was there. Also, a big thank you to our many supportive and caring friends. Otto was born and raised in Winnipeg where he resided most of his life with the exception of 12 years spent in Gillam, Manitoba while employed with Manitoba Hydro. Prior to those years he spent 10 years driving a city bus for Winnipeg Transit. In keeping with Otto's wishes there will be no funeral service or burial at this time. Cremation has taken place. Marjorie, we were so sorry to read about Otto's passing. We think of you often and wonder if you are still enjoying your life in the "Courts". We were pleased to have such a nice couple take over our Winnipeg home. Life in the Okanagan is wonderful. Take care. Our thoughts are with you. - Posted by: Lorne and Susan Lisik (Friend) on: Mar 06, 2005
